Dog Licenses

The State of Wisconsin requires that owners purchase a license for their dog(s) each year. Starting in 2012, you will only be able to purchase a license from your municipal treasurer .

If you are requesting a license in person or by mail, please complete the dog licensing application and provide it with your payment to your local municipal treasurer .

NOTE:
Kennel licenses cannot be issued in the Town of Caledonia unless they receive a kennel permit from the Town Board.
