Social Worker - ADRC Outreach and Disability Benefits Specialist

The purpose of this position is to provide two unique types of services within the Aging and Disabilities Resource Center (ADRC) to assist individuals with disabilities and the aging population. A portion of the position is to provide disability benefit information and assistance, options counseling, and resource development services to individuals ages eighteen through fifty-nine years old with physical and/or developmental disabilities. The other portion is to provide information and assistance, resource development, community development, marketing and public outreach for the ADRC Services. This position would work with community partners to help connect the community to the ADRC Services and Volunteer Services.
